  • Prepare employment contracts, termination and disciplinary letters.

  • Source suitable candidates as per HRM Options Group Procedures.

  • Assist in updating the HR System (Oasys) with roster information.

  • Assist with payroll activities.

  • Manage all employees’ probation periods, performance evaluations, orientation, training and development, employment contracts (issuance and termination) and time and attendance.

  • Staff records management.

  • Ensure that the required Medical and Police Records are obtained for each employee.

  • Responsible for the administration of group health & life insurances.

  • Handle the monthly reconciliation of all health premiums.

The Ideal Candidate : Must have a Business Administration or Human Resource Management, good time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to comply with policies and procedures which are key components of the position.
