HRM OPTIONS GROUP INTERNATIONAL is recruiting for the position of SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Retail) on behalf of our client.


To perform all duties required for the efficient competent operation of the Sales Department.  The optimal standards of customer service must be obtained at all times.


  • Provide all customers with excellent customer service.
  • Create new customer account.
  • Update existing accounts
  • To increase customer base through the promotion of products and services.
  • To satisfy customers requests for quotes and estimates in a timely manner.
  • The billing of sales invoice in accordance with Departmental procedures.
  • Ensure that items in the showroom are accurately tagged and maintained.
  • Follow-up on customers account to ensure payment is received .
  • Prospecting: soliciting client for new products.
  • Deal with calls from clients and staff appropriately and to ensure that they are properly and courteously attended to.
  • To relay messages in a timely manner via email or phone.


  • Firm command of the English Language
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of computer operations with concentration in MS Office programs and Quckbooks
  • Ability to use initiative so that there is stability and efficiency at all times
  • Able to maintain an appropriate standard of grooming, attire and personal hygiene
