Communicate all pertinent shift activity.
Handle all personnel issues (employee behavior, dereliction of duty, complaints). Participate in the Multidisciplinary Care planning meetings.
Managing Human Resources: Evaluates work performance of subordinates to find ways to improve
production or increase work quality
Managing Human Resources: Reviews and analyzes Department of the Navy, and other governing
organizations, policies that impact the program.
Utilizes expertise and sound judgment to interpret and implement existing policies, procedures and regulatory guidance which enhance effectiveness and efficiency of the Contractors personnel.
1 year administrator experience in the geriatric field. 3 years of general managerial experience.
Education: Bachelors degree with minimum 24 business credit hours.
Required fluency in English.
Prefer that the candidate also demonstrate the ability to speak, write, interpret and translate between Spanish and English languages.
