What you’ll be doing:
• Answering inbound calls demonstrating product knowledge and benefits
• Cross sell products associated with insurance coverage
• Generating new insurance quotes
• Provide a policy that will meet the customers needs and satisfaction
• Building customer relationships, earning their loyalty and trust.
• Smiling as you speak with our customers, our customers can hear the smile
• Working from your home work space
• Reporting to work everyday on time for the first 90 days

Home office /workstation requirements:

Qualifications

FUNdamental Skills:
• Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License in your resident state
• 1-year of call center experience or,
• 1-year of experience at an insurance agency if you do not have call center experience
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Highly driven with sales goals
• Demonstrating empathy, Placing yourself in the customer’s shoes
• Comfortable using primarily e-mail and chat to communicate with colleagues daily
• Confidence in your self -motivation techniques
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
