Our corporate client needed to significantly grow the business, however they did not have the human resource structure in place to aid this growth path and the present staff was not fully equipped with the skill sets required to take the company on the growth trajectory. Strategically they enlisted on the Stock Exchange and partnered with HRM Options Group International to build out and implement their human resource structure.
Action Taken
HRM Options Group participated in the company’s strategy sessions, understanding the corporate culture, where they were heading and how they intended to get there.
A change management plan had to be implemented to ensure that there would be total staff buy-in of the changes to come. A skill assessment was carried out, new job descriptions developed, staff trained, HR Policy and Procedures Manual developed and implemented, a performance management system created and implemented and a full HR structure developed and implemented.
We also examined and advised the Executive who can go on retirement or terminated. We ran the department for a year and stepped down once we trained the new HR recruit.

Our Client company had challenges with managing their people resources, there was high levels tardiness, disorganized way of handling grievances and in some cases theft and poor custmer care.

HRM Options Group partnered with the Corporate Client conducted a HR Audit and prepared the exising team for the changes to commence. A HR Policy and Procedures Manual was created along with a detailed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) was created and implemented and Job Descriptions were created.
A training session was carried out and special care to incorporate its importance was documented into the HR Policy.

Client acknowledged that the company and its C-Suite had the confidence it need to be able to effectively manage their human resources and fully cater to the needs of their clients in a satifactorily and customer friendly atmosphere.
